Dear Windsong Chimes I have just received my Malay Bronze windchime and am absolutely thrilled with the quality, workmanship and particularly the sound of my new addition to the house. I feel honoured to have such an exceptional piece of hand made art in my home. At a time when so many internet ordered products are substandard it is wonderful to have received something that truly exceeded my expectations. Thankyou and keep up the great work.

We have been purchasing your windchimes for years and we love them. We have 6 sets hanging around our place and will be buying more. I gave my best friend the Mikado and the Abbey for Christmas and he loves them. I'm about to send mine in for some tender loving care. Thank you so much for making such a great product.

Our original Windsong Chime has just arrived back after refurbisment. WOW WOW, we had to really look to see if it was our old chimes!!! They look superb. We are just waiting for a breeze so we can hear the wonderful sound again. Looking forward to the music all our chimes will make together, for the first time in months.

Thank you very much for the refurbishment of my old Malay windchimes. After several small repairs ourselves, finally it was time for the total overhaul. It had been quite a while since they were last in action, and now that they are looking and sounding so delightful again, I am amazed that I took so long to use this terrific after sales service.

Thanks so much for the professional way you completed the refurbishment, packing and delivery of our chimes. We bought them 14 years ago and they have formed an integral part of our household ever since. Their welcoming jingle heralds the arrival of our refreshing "nor-easter". When the string broke recently we were devastated so imagine our joy when we found that you offer this excellent after sales service. Hopefully you will still be there when we next need some TLC for our chimes.

My beautiful abbey3 chimes arrived on my doorstep this morning. I had the nails in and chimes set up very quickly! I LOVE THEM. They are a combined 50th Birthday present from family and friends and I have them out on my front verandah beside my bedroom window. I have the front door open and as I write this, they are chiming quietly in the background.

Thanks for sending me a new striker and sail so I can refurbish my chimes myself. They're an old set- probably 24 years or so. I'm really looking forward to hearing them again- they've been out of action for a couple of years and I've missed their beautiful meditative sound.

I absolutely love the clarity and tones of your wind chimes, and the chance to listen to them online before purchasing really helped my decision. The Valley Wind Chimes arrived yesterday - which was a great delivery time, especially at this time of the year - and they fit perfectly in the soundscape and atmosphere of my own valley.
