EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We are happy to exchange or refund any products up
to 28 days from their invoice date, provided we are
informed
of your intention prior to their return, and they are
received in their original condition.
Please email us to request your return authorisation
number, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Provided all the above criteria are met, the value of the
products will be refunded less the cost of the initial
postage and handling.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty
product, please contact us first to explain the problem.
You may then be asked to return the product to us,
and a full refund will be offered including the cost
of
your own return postage. We do not offer refunds however,
when the products have clearly been damaged through
blatant misuse.
