Where can I buy one of your products?

You can purchase our products either :

  • Direct from us through our website or our Facebook Store www.facebook.com/windsongchimes.
  • We sell our wind chime seconds at discounted prices at two monthly markets - the Bellingen Market on the 3rd Saturday of each month and the Armidale Market on the last Sunday of each month. Our rain chains are also on display at the two Markets.

Where are they made?

Windsong wind chimes are hand crafted in Bellingen on the mid north coast of NSW. The 100% pure copper rain chains are imported from a US manufacturer.

How do I order?

Click on the products tab and then click on the photo of the wind chime or rain chain you wish to order. Choose your colour option (if applicable) and quantity and click on the green Add to Cart button. Review your order and then click on the green Checkout Now button. Enter your personal information and select shipping option and secure payment method. Click on green Place Order Securely button.

What payment methods can I choose from?

We accept the following methods of payment :

  • Send us a money order or a cheque made payable to Windsong Chimes and post to PO Box 462, Bellingen NSW 2454
  • Telephone your credit card details through to us on 0266 55 9899
  • Made a direct payment into our bank account - we will email you details
  • By using Paypal if you have an existing Paypal account.

Will you post my order to someone else on my behalf?

We are happy to post your order to a third party and if requested by you, we will include a card advising that the order has been sent on your behalf and containing any message you would like us to relay to the recipient.

When will I receive my order?

Online orders are despatched on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week and depending on your location, can take between 2 - 7 business days to reach you. Contact us if you would like a more specific estimate of delivery time.

Do you send orders internationally?

We are happy to post your order to any international location.

How much will postage cost?

Orders are usually shipped via Australia Post but in some circumstances we use a Courier company.

To ascertain the postage cost to your required destination add the product you wish to purchase and click on the green Add to Cart button, and then click on the green Checkout Now button. Enter your international location or the Australian postcode that the order is to be sent to and you will see a table advising the shipping cost and options. If you are happy with the postage cost, enter your personal details and click on the green Place Order Securely button.

Are your products immediately available?

The full range of wind chimes are usually immediately available, but at peak periods demand sometimes exceeds our rate of production, and we then operate a back order system.

The rain chains are usually in stock but at times we may be between shipments, resulting in a delay.

If there is any delay in availability we will advise you at the time of ordering.

How long do your products last?

We believe our wind chimes and the rain chains we have sourced will certainly last your lifetime and can even be enjoyed by future generations.

Depending on your local climate and the hanging conditions, the cord on the wind chimes will show signs of deterioration from about 12 years onwards but can last up to 20 years if hung under cover. We are happy to rejuvenate your wind chime - see details of our wind chime refurbishment programme (link).

Our rain chains are made from 100% copper which through normal usage will darken with age and develop a beautiful patina finish. Our rain chains will last many lifetimes.

Do you repair old wind chimes?

Yes we do. Set out below is our refurbishment policy:

Non Windsong Chimes

We are happy to tackle the refurbishment of wind chimes which are not of our manufacture as long as they have either 5 or 6 pipes and will fit our timber components. We require a $20 surcharge for the refurbishment of non Windsong wind chimes and can provide a quote as to the total cost once we have details of the number, diameter and length of the pipes to establish which of our tops would best suit your chime.

Windsong Chimes

Depending on positioning and age, the cord will eventually begin to deteriorate and the timber components become weathered. We can refurbish your Windsong wind chime by replacing all the timber components and restringing it. Post your wind chime to us so that we can give it some tender loving care and restore it to its former glory. The rates for this service are set out below. Please note the costs quoted are exclusive of return freight costs, which will be added to the invoice for the service provided.

We wait until we have about 10 wind chimes accumulated before we set a few days aside for refurbishments and this tends to occur every 6 - 7 weeks. Depending when your wind chime arrives within our refurbishment schedule, there may be a delay in returning it to you.
