We only collect information from our Contact Form and Email - we will collect your email address (in order to reply to you) and the other information which is left at your discretion.
If you order engraving, we may use it as an example on this website, please advise us if you would rather we didn't.
If you place an order with us, we may share your email and first name with our third party reviews platform, reviews.io, in order to manage our customer reviews. We may also share your email with Australia Post in order for them to send you parcel tracking details.
Visitors IP addresses are collected automatically by this site. We will use the information to improve the site's usability. IP addresses are not linked to personal information. This information will be used solely by Windsong Chime. If you have any questions about the security of this web site, please contact us.
We are happy to exchange or refund any products up to 30 days from their invoice date, provided we are informed of your intention prior to their return, and they are received in their original condition. Please email us to notify us of your intentions. In the case of an exchange, an invoice or credit note will be forwarded to you in the event of any under or overpayment, and will include the cost of subsequent postage and handling. In the case of a returned product, provided all the above criteria are met, the value will be refunded less the cost of the initial postage and handling.
Please note if you have had your wind chime engraved, we do not refund the costs of the engraving and the engraved components, i.e. pipe(s) and wind sail.
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us first to explain the problem. You may then be asked to return the product to us, and a full refund will be offered including the cost of your own return postage. We do not offer refunds however, when the products have clearly been damaged through blatant misuse. You may opt to exchange the product rather than receive a refund, and Windsong Chimes will cover the cost of subsequent postage and handling.
